[Part 1] Exchange meeting with seniors 13:30-14:30
・This is an exchange meeting with former international students who are currently working in Tokyo!
Learn about the job-hunting experiences of senior members and the key points that led to their success in finding a job. You can also consult with them about job hunting activities.

[Part 2] Analysis of Tourism Industry 14:40-15:40
・The spirit of hospitality
・Cross-cultural adaptability (Japanese workplace culture)
・Basic items of hospitality (first impression, dress and grooming, facial expressions)
・Communication (how to speak, how to listen)
・Preparing to be a member of society
・Career Opportunities in the Tourism Industry
・Q&A

[Part 3] Trend and flow of job hunting 15:50-16:50
・The Japanese labor system (What is simultaneous recruitment? What is the seniority system? etc.)
・Preparation for job hunting (job hunting schedule, necessary measures (self-analysis, company analysis, resume, interview, etc.)
・How to gather information (How do you know if a company is hiring foreign nationals? etc.)
・Q&A

Target Participants Foreign nationals residing in Japan who meet one of the following criteria.
・Everyone who has a status of residence "Student", wishes to work in Japan, and is scheduled to graduate by March 31, 2023.
・Everyone who has a status of residence "Designated Activities" and wishes to work in Japan.
・Everyone who wishes to hunt or change a job and has a status of residence with which person is permitted to work in Japan.
