*A Japanese seminar will be held on 22nd May
How does job hunting work in Japan? How is the current status of foreigners’ employment? How and when to start job hunting? What should a foreigner start to do in the first place etc. These are the many questions and worries of job hunting as a foreigner in Japan. Even more, with the impact of COVID-19, many foreigners are becoming uneasy and worried on how the companies will change their direction on employment.
This seminar will help you answer all of those worries and questions.
Part 1 ：(13:30-14:00)
Theme ：How to work in Japan (Tokyo)
Content ：Current state of the Japanese workforce and foreign workers
Introduction of employment status, occupations, and industry examples of foreign personnel
Part 2 ：(14:20-14:50)
Theme ：The attraction of working in Tokyo SME / Strengths of working as a foreign talent
Content ：The merits of being employed in Japan (Tokyo)
Comparison between large company and SME
Part 3 ：(15:10-15:40)
Theme ：Let’s start job hunting
Content ：Schedule of job hunting and the explanation of the flow of the interviews
The importance of necessary measures of preparation (Self-analysis, Company analysis, Resume preparations, Interview preparations etc.)
There will be Q&A sessions for the end of each part.
